Communication: Parent, player & coach communication will take place on the app. This allows coaches to send email and text messages directly to players & parents of their teams.
Skill Development Plan: Players will have access to development plans appropriate for their age. Players will compete against other players & with the members of their team against other teams by completing their workouts consistently. For 5th-8th graders these workouts will be designed so they can complete them within 8-12 minutes. For HS players these workouts will take 20-30 minutes. Our goal is to create a fun, competitive environment that encourages players to build consistent basketball habits.
Mental/Character Training: Players will be taught mental & character principles that will help them be successful both on & off the court. Each week we will have a concept that is taught through the app & at in person practices to help players apply what they are learning.
