Small Group Workouts

Ideal for 3rd to 8th grade athletes.

Small Group Workouts are designed to ignite a passion for basketball. Curiosity will be sparked by teaching simple and straightforward ways to improve skill and conceptual understanding of the game.

At the end of every workout athletes are inspired to take ownership of their game in two powerful ways. One, they will be reminded that they are wired to learn. Daily repeated efforts are the source of growth. Two, every athlete will receive a workout plan so they can take ownership of their skills.

For maximum growth, groups are encouraged to workout on a weekly basis.
