To best serve the determined athlete we have created a Skilled Membership.

For the determined. For the athlete that has faced challenges, and has vowed to step-up and take charge. Skilled Members are exposed to curriculum that builds a Championship Mindset as they learn to apply it through practical training. At Skilled Hoops we have taken the complexities of the game and simplified them into a detailed process that our members master. The most powerful thing Skilled Members posses is their ability to lead. We believe that leadership is service and service is influence.

A Skilled Membership Includes:

One-on-One Coaching

Once a Week

There are three rules to deep practice:

1. Break down the skill

2. Repeat the skill

3. Learn to feel the skill.

The Skilled Membership is designed to teach players how to practice deliberately through a weekly One-on-One Coaching session.

Customized Workouts

Four a Week

At our weekly One-on-One Coaching session you will be given 4 workouts to complete before our next session. Remember, your skill is your property. Take ownership!
